Job Description
• Collaborate with business users, system analysts, developers, and ecosystem partners to bring innovative ideas from conception to launch at scale to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Support the fast-paced nature of SBG Funding and work on various projects simultaneously.
• Experience leading and driving a small development team.
• Experience with project management and Agile.
• Assist in analyzing and researching new and existing products, procedures, and/or workflow needs associated with business systems.
• Work in an iterative/Agile environment and be a strong team player.
• Adopt emerging technologies and launch products / services faster with rapid prototyping & iterative methods.
• Proven ability to take prototypes to production, following engineering best practices.
• Build, configure, or customize the technical solution (reusable components, preconfigured solutions, cloud solution and services)
• Work very closely with other technology teams to champion the adoption of patterns, platforms, and tools to support the usage and conformity of solution architecture.
• Manage automation and monitor application integration as code iteratively goes through assembly and product tests.
Requirements
• Background in software development and is familiar with one or more software languages such as C#, Java, Python etc.
• Experience creating scalable system designs
• Experience in building complex server-side systems
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD technologies
• Hands-on experience with AWS and it’s services (e.g. VPC, EC2, S3, Lambda, Redshift, etc)
• Hands-on experience with Docker
Preferred
• Experience in B2B Fintech or Financial Services domain(s).
• Experience with Databricks
• Experience with LangChain
• Experience with LLM agents
• Experience with Salesforce
